The biggest story in the globe right now is what is happening in the newsroom.
I mean, what’s going on in this business?
The biggest stories are all around us.
There’s the big news, which is the end of the month and what we have to prepare for, then there’s what we do next week, then what we might do next month, then the big stories that we’re going to cover in November, December, January.
So you know, there’s a lot going on and it’s hard to keep up.
And the staffs are pretty much on autopilot, but there’s one big thing that you have to keep in mind, which I think we all have to remember is we’re a very busy business.
So even though it’s just a couple of days in the year, it can be very stressful for us.
So, for us, the bigger stories that are out there, the more news you’re going about it the more interesting it is.
And that’s why we try to focus on the stories that matter most.
That’s why I don’t look at what’s happening on TV or what’s on the Internet or what is on the blog or whatever it is, as being any sort of definitive source of information.
We just want to keep ourselves informed.
The other thing that I think is important to remember for all of us is we all need to make sure that we do the best job that we can do.
And we all are professionals.
And so we need to take a lot of pride in the fact that we all do the same thing: we have different levels of responsibility, different levels to the work we do and we all deserve the same level of respect.
So that’s what it means to be a good newsroom employee.
But, in my experience, what we’ve found over the years is that the bigger the story, the better the job we do.
We’re all doing the same job, but we’re all getting the same amount of coverage and we’re getting it at a level that is a little bit higher than it should be.
So it’s really about being as transparent as we can with all of our staff as much as we possibly can, and making sure that our information is as clear as possible.
I think that’s really the key.
And, really, that’s something that we really need to do a lot better on our side, because that’s where our reputation really comes from.
So we all want to make the best of what we’re doing, but I think in my personal experience, that means being very transparent about what we are doing and what our job is, and we need all of the staff to know that and have confidence in that.
And then, I think, the news staffs and the executives and the senior managers, we all know that we have our responsibilities as well, and they need to know they can rely on us to make certain decisions that will help them achieve their goals and make the most of the opportunities they have in front of them.
So I think the key is to have that transparency, to make decisions that are based on all of that, and to make them as transparent and as accurate as we know how to make it.
But again, as we all just said, the biggest news is what’s actually happening in our newsrooms.
And you know what?
That’s what makes us a great newsroom, and it should always be a great thing to be able to report on.
But if we can’t report on it, we can at least tell you about it.

I mean the big one right now for me is, of course, the end date for the COP21 conference in Paris.
And there are a lot more stories coming out that are really big and that are going to have an impact on how we work in the future.
