Taurus has announced it will release its new G2G pistol with an 8mm bullet, a 12-round magazine, a laser pointer and an enhanced laser sight.
The new G3A and G3B models will be released in early December.
The new guns come with a 5.5-inch Taurus-designed frame with a black polymer grip and the same metal grip used on the G2.
Taurus said the G3 is “designed to fit the needs of the sporting shooter, from competitive shooters to casual enthusiasts, who seek to create a firearm that offers an enjoyable and accurate shooting experience.”
It is also equipped with a high-capacity 9mm cartridge, which can be loaded with more than 16 rounds.
While it is a new model, it is similar to the G1 models it introduced with, which featured an 8-inch barrel and a 12mm chamber.
The G3 also has a redesigned trigger and an extended magazine.
Taurus did not reveal how many guns it will be releasing, but the company said the new G models will have a price tag of $1,000 to $1:50,000.
The G1 will be priced at $800.
A spokesperson for the company told Reuters that it was too early to reveal pricing information for the new models.
Tulsa also said that the new guns would be available in all the US states.
