NEW YORK — New York Jets quarterback Eli Manning cracked the high-capacity magazine on his right hand during Sunday’s game, but he did not suffer a concussion.
Manning did not practice Thursday but he remains limited to passing and running during the team’s voluntary workouts.
The Jets are not planning to cut Manning’s contract, coach Todd Bowles said.
He will make $7.5 million next season and could have another year left on his deal.
Manuel said in a video released by the team he would “absolutely” have been open to a medical procedure on his left hand.
